Down, inside…
The physical cell;
The psychological hell;
The emotional shell…

Down, inside…
The demoralization,
The violence in the face and
The precious life wasted

Down, inside…
The claustrophobia;
The encroaching myopia;
The concentrated dystopia…

Down, inside…
The shrivelling scope;
The crushing of hope…
Oh, please God, I never, ever want to go

I would rather die.
